Game of Thrones
Awesome awesome awesome season finale. Holy ***k so much happened. Season 7 cant get here soon enough.

Ending scenes with Dany on the ships nearly brought a tear to my eye, Winter is effing finally here, R&L theory is no more, Jon is declared king of north,& Cersei is on the iron throne. Arya got her revenge on old pervert Frey and is back in Westeros. And Tyrion is now Hand of the Queen with Varys solidifying the Tyrells and Snake women with Dany.

The armies of Dorne and Highgarden are quite fresh. I'm not sure how anyone can stand against Dany now that she has those two.

I had a feeling that was her, though I couldn't quite figure out how.  Lots of use of "warp speed" travel in this episode.

I think I got a lot right, sort of.  Great episode, and makes up for the predictable war porn last week.

I still think if you weren't reading spoilers and recaps that, to the average viewer, that isn't very clear.

Interesting that Cersei had that as a backup plan, or maybe she just adapted the plan to circumstance.  We should have seen that coming, but I didn't.

Fitting end for Tommen.  I like how they showed the window, then made us wait to see if he'd take a flying leap - couldn't even commit suicide like a man.

Good episode.

Cersei is in for a world of hurt heading her way.

Somehow or another, that dreaded horn is gonna get blown.

And R + L is now fact.

Somehow or another, I see Jon riding on a dragon before this thing is over. Ninja

Pat is right, the score friggin made that episode.

Lots of pieces falling into place for the final stretch now. There are going to be a lot of interesting dynamics in the end.

-Jaime and Cersei have taken wildly different arcs throughout the story. You have to figure that there will eventually be a reckoning between them.

-How in Westeros do the Lannisters even put up a fight against the Unsullied, Dothraki, Dorne, and Tyrells? Oh, and three dragons. If it were just the unsullied/dothraki I'd get it as Westerosi have the advantage when it comes to armor, fortifications and weapons (Jorah's duel back in season 1 or 2 comes to mind) but it looks like Dany should be able to just be like "Do you really wanna even try?" and take the throne. Maybe if Euron shows up and wants to impress Cersei by sinking a lot of ships. The ironborn should fare well at sea while the dothraki and unsullied are kinda useless on boats. But those three dragons up top are quite problematic.

-What does a three eyed raven do other than give convenient exposition to the audience?

-Does Arya meet up with her siblings or is she gonna hook up with the Brotherhood and kill a bunch of people?

-When does Baelish get whats coming to him?

-Now that winter is here, how is the North going to be able to logistically fight the incoming White Walkers?

Yeah I agree. I read the books so I had quite a bit more to go on for the R&L theory. But I didnt think they did a good job in the show explaining all the events from the Rhaegar & Lyanna affair to Robert killing Rhaegar on the trident battlefield in a concise way. If they did maybe I missed it, but wouldve been nice to have taken about 20 minutes or so to just hammer all those events out at once as opposed to tiny tidbit pieces throughout the seasons.

We saw last week what the dragons could do to a fleet. I think Euron will sail out to fight Dany, get most of his ships fried, and  then pull out the magic horn and say "Let's see what this does, then." That's when the Wall will come down (and perhaps it might even do something to Dany's ships).

Apparently trees were the First Ones' version of TV.

I'm going on record as saying that I think Arya may die before it is all over.

Another call: Sansa kills Baelish. She knows what he is and how he works. He'll try to doublecross Jon and she'll find out and kill him.

I wouldn't be surprised to see a murder-suicide with Jaime and Cersei. She just nuked her own city and had her last child commit suicide. She's pretty much off her rocker. This is Mad King stuff here... and Jaime knows it. He'll kill her, but won't stick around to hear the "Queenslayer" title.

I wonder what secrets Sam is going to learn. And what about the Hound? where is he going to end up? And there sure seems to be a lot of estrogen floating around the show anymore.

Also the North & the Veil are united together as well. So she basically can have a war on two fronts, but we all know that the North wont be going south to fight her with the running dead army on its way eventually. Her sitting on the throne will be her highwater mark as it will all start to go downhill soon enough for good.

I think Bran will be vital with his 3rd eye. To me he will be like  the CIA, FBI, NSA, all rolled into one spying wise. He will be able to know what is going on anywhere at any given time. And that knowledge will be vital for the wars to come.

Kudos to you all. the predictions in this thread could damn near be labeled as spoilers almost need a spoiler disclaimer on em.

I want to know how she will kill The Mountain.

Though, to be fair, like half the people are crossed off her list before she ever gets to them (including one who crossed himself off the list).

For some reason, I see Jaime fighting the Mountain in my head (although that's not much of a fight anymore since he lost his hand). Maybe Bron fights him too.

Then again, maybe the Sand Crabs (or whatever those chicks are called) get to fight the Mountain.

So Technically.....since Jon Snow's lineage has been revealed, and he is a Targaryen.......doesn't that make Sansa the True heir of the north.....and give him an even stronger claim to the Iron Throne than Khaleesi??? It is gonna get very interesting.....

It was a bittersweet Finale.....Loved every minute of it.....but hated when it was over.

As far as anyone would know, he would be a bastard of Rhaegar's, so not a Targaryen. He's still just as much of a Stark as he was before and still a male with an impressive record and proven leadership. Rhaegar probably married Lyanna, but no one knows.

Also, who is going to believe a kid who found this out via a tree? Most people aren't going to believe Jon "died" and some still probably doubt his claims that white walkers are back.
