FINAL ANNOUNCEMENT prior to the draft:
Everyone has accepted their teams and the trade window is closed.
This is what will happen going forward:

At 6:30 PM tomorrow (4/18/2017) Holic will open the chatbox. This is where GMs and onlookers can discuss all picks and suggest upcoming options.
At 7:00 PM I will open a separate chat thread. This will be for folks using the mobile app or just those that prefer not to use the chatbox
At 7:15 I will open a Draft Thread. No one else posts in this thread except me at the assistant Commish.
At 7:30 the Browns are officially On The Clock and will have 5 minutes to pick. Once they pick 49ers are on the clock and have 5 minutes. This will continue until the first round is complete
The only way I will accept your pick is via PM. When you are on the clock PM me your pick and do so in the following format (very important)

RD 1 PK 1 CLEVELAND BROWNS
ERIC KEENA/ PK/ NORTH TEXAS
SAN FRANCISICO 49ers are OTC

Once the first round is complete the trade forum will reopen and folks will have until noon Thursday (4/20/2017) to make any additional Trades
Rds 2 and 3 will begin on 4/20/2017 at 7:00. I ask the assistant Commish (PM me if you want the duties) to run RD 2 and I will take over RD 3.

We are going to do Round 2 the same way and I'll run it, as nobody volunteered.

We will try something new for RD 3. The GM will post his pick directly in the draft thread. We'll see how it goes and adjust from there.
