Now they have it.
For those wondering. The Bengals did not get calls for of a trade when they were on the clock.
Coleman and Fuller combined for 5 TDs last year. Impressive.

That's a good point. A guy who runs a 4.22 40 and scored 17 touchdowns in a mediocre offense is the polar opposite of a wheelchair/Walking Cane bound guy who is always breaking bones.

That is because they never trade and i am sure their asking prices are soooo absurd teams do not even bother trying!

Doesn't concern me if we put Ross in slot Humphrey won't be there. Humphrey is an outside CB that I don't think has the agility to move inside.

You know it BD and he has better hands and runs better routes than either of those guys and is faster.
John Ross is better than either of those guys and people will act like this is an Al Davis pick! Unbelievable.

With better conditioning and nutrition in the pros, sometimes that makes a big difference. Remember Anthony Munoz had glaring knee problems coming out of USC.
Ross said the shoulder bothered him more than the knees. Guess THERE is a logical reason to hate on the pick.

I will say with the injury history of Green Eifert and Ross
I hope an offense where all are healthy doesn't become an and on thing.
Green Eifert and this kid need at least 12 games together so we can see what we have

Davis and Williams going ahead of them probably changed the asking price. Marvin said Trubisky going #2 changed a lot of people's strategies.

He's not just a speed guy. He runs excellent routes too.

Ross said in an interview he actually ran faster after surgery. I think the Bengals offense needed something and they drafted someone with nuke potential on special teams and seem routes. I think some fans may under estimate how good Ross is at running routes. This means Dalton can throw a ball to a spot; even if he knows he is going down,
and Ross will be exactly where he should be.

Interesting guys saying we could have got Ross in teens or 20's yet we could have had Allen there so at 9 he was a reach.

You found his production lacking of a number 2 pick in a draft class that had a marginal clear cut #1?

FWIW, NFL.com gave us an A- for it's Instant Draft Grade.

I really am okay with it. I think we get a top DE at 41 and everyone is fine.

We need a guard in the 2nd round now and a developmental OT in a later round.
