Absolutely.  I read somewhere that there were doubts about him after 2016 was completed.  So why roll into 2017 with yet another question mark?  Makes no sense.....but......Bengals.

This team was ready to enter 2011 with Bob Bratkowski still at OC until Palmer's trade demand. There's very little stupid left for them to do that can surprise us.
