Next season each and every one of the jobs on this page needs a new person in its place. A full top to bottom reset. HC to strength and conditioning.

Wow, these guys all look very fem and wimpy. I know that you can't always judge a book by it's cover but look at these guys. No way that players respect this group.

O.k. Jake Burney looks like he's played, the rest look like relatives got them a job better than towel boy.

The last two names on that list need to be left alone.
Simmons, and Urban have always had their units ready to go.

After seeing the way McVay and McDermott are doing... I want a Mc. Maybe a McDaniels?

Burney is a great guy...Him and his wife designed a kitchen with my Mom and then gave us their seats/parking passes. So, family and I got incredible seats and we parked next to the Bengals.
I'd be okay with keeping him. Haha

Matt Patricia is who I want. Reminds me of McVay.

That's actually a cool story. The D line also seems to be low on the problem list.

Well, there is obviously some type of problem here.... They either don't know what they're doing, aren't respected for some reason or another, the talent is just crap or it's a mixture. My guess is that you have a staff full of "nice guys" trying to get discipline from guys that don't respect them. You can be too nice for certain jobs! Obviously the talent also lacks in several areas. It's one of those definition of insanity situations. At some point, it's time to clean house and start over.

I dunno..I feel confident about judging certain books by their covers..
For example, if you were looking for a book to learn how to perform open heart surgery you can pretty much rule out this one.
Yes, you CAN judge a book by its cover and by the way this one is the Bengals play book. It might actually be a bit too advanced for the Bengals..

I agree and i like Simmons for all he has done over the years but we just gave up a Punt for a TD again.
Time to clean house and let the new HC pick his staff at every position.

Or, in one case, the stench of Dave Shula, Bruce Coslet, Dick LeBeau, and Marvin on him......

Bottom line most top level football coaches don't want to work for Brown. They know he has no knowledge of the game, and is very cheep when it comes to scouting.
