Ridley was on the Pats in 2014. Between then and the start of today he's totaled 52 touches for 121 yards and no TDs. He hadn't played in a game since November of last year and the Steelers signed him last week. 

As for Jones, this is his 5th year in the league and today was his 5th start. Two of those starts have been resting Ben week 17 against the Browns.  Dude should have been cut last preseason.
