Billings

Kroft- Showed a bit last year when given the opportunity

Uzomah- Hasn't really gotten much of an opportunity, but with Eifert in bubble wrap, here is his chance

Core- Finally sees a light at the end of the tunnel with Lafell gone, but still a tough road ahead for him.  Maybe go with 7?  Or maybe these six if you think you can replace Erickson in the return game?

AJ Green
Ross
Malone
Boyd
Tate
Core

Lastly, Tyler Boyd.  Might be the darling of this year's camp.  The synergy I hoped to see a year ago with Ross demanding attention opposite AJ Green is starting to happen and the middle of the field will be Boyd's (and the TEs and RBs) domain.  Combine that with drive blocking that gives Dalton better throwing lanes and Boyd might become the most important receiver on the team not named Green.

If Boyd does come through as they are saying he is in camp ?

It would be a huge bonus and difference maker for the Bengals for sure.

Think Boyd can be a Housh type player for us, great hands, actually quicker than Housh.

Gotta have that Housh heart though, not many do.

Getting back to the thread, Billings is a big ole mean young sumbitch...

Bell of the Steelers better watch for this guy this year, it isn't Peko....

Billings may well be the missing piece the D-line needed last season.

He could really help sure up the run game if he is fully healthy. They all heal differently but he seems good to go now and playing better than ever in camp. Even Geno had a down year after his injury and hopefully Billings comes back recharged this year. Id love to see the DL live up to all the talent and potential they have. It seems like they could be the best I've watched in stripes personally.

Hopefully tonight someone can watch him pretty closely and give us an update on Billings here.
