He's stepped away from the majors; content ad being an advisor at Furman.

I don't think he'll ever coach again; he saw, that with Bmore, coaching can only go so far, as the POS talent cannot be brought higher than slightly shitty, as opposed to pure shit.

In ATL, he had studs to work with, but he also made All-Stars/ Near-All-Stars out of fringe players (Jose Cabrera, Rudy Seanez, Mike Remlinger, Kerry Lightenberg, Darren Holmes, Chris Hammond, Damian Moss the list goes on); he didn't have steaming turds in Bmore, that had no hope in Hell of ever progressing (Daniel Cabrera being the most egregious).
