Didn’t Taylor replace Lazor at Miami?

Having been part of a layoff, AND since teams are very experienced at cutting players every year after camp, I'm speculating that they should have had plenty of time yesterday to cut everyone they wanted to cut, thus it is possible that yesterday was for those they were cutting and today is for those they are keeping.

We'll see.

Was really hoping Lazor would get the axe.  Can't imagine what he would have to offer.

Same here,  he just feels so mediocate.  Stale.  I'd like to see some fire,  some innovation,  mix it up,  keep em guessing on thei toes offense.

I keep watching and hoping to see something posted today telling us Lazor has been let go, but sadly I haven't seen anything yet. Starting to worry we may be stuck with him next year. Was really hoping to see some fresh blood at OC too. Still could happen on down the line I guess.

If Taylor is the guy, he would undoubtedly bring the Rams offense with him.  Where on earth would Lazor fit into that?

I'm thinking he brings his brother who is the Eagles QB Coach. I wonder if he is capable of being the OC?

Agreed, Mixon is a great talent. Could be very special behind a decent O-line.

Pretty certain it will be either E.B., Taylor or Waldron.

Beinemy is my favorite as well. But i like these other two, would be awesome if we could get all three of them on the staff but doubtful that would happen. Still wondering who our DC would be once one of these 3 becomes the HC. Only name i see getting floated out there is Greg Williams. Joseph wanted to be a HC but don't look like that is happening.

I think EB might not be ready, but would be a good OC
Taylor seems to have been born to coach.
Waldron would be a good OC as well, but not ready for HC.

I consider all 3 upgrades with Taylor being the fastest to get in here and hit the ground running.

I'm all for bringing the brother in too.  He is also a rising star.

The truth is, it's going to take some time to see if they are upgrades.

I think Taylor has the highest ceiling. He's also probably the riskiest. Now, if you put a great staff around him...that risk is mitigated some.

If you put Lazor as the OC, then that risk still exists.
