#1
On battery charges.

A reach and unnecessary pick to begin with.

Never liked this pick. I thought Tre Carson showed more last preseason. Anyway, I hope he learns from this, also it will be interesting how Coach Taylor handles this...

Good this opens the door for Jeremy Hill to come back once he's cut from the Pats.    Mellow

More to the story. WTF is it with players hurting women?

I'm sure Hill's attorney will be back on here claiming we have no right to put Jeremy down.....

After reading the article, it sounded more like a cat fight, "both had scratches from the altercation"... I give Walton credit though, he didn't at least hit her.

I get that. But even that is too much. It was a bad decision and hopefully his last as a Bengal.

I think a lot of it has to do with the fact that this generation of women have no problem hitting a man. They are nothing like they were 30-40 years ago. It doesn't make it right for a man to hit a women, but I have seen plenty of guys get their butt kicked by a female.

Didn’t like the pick then; still don’t understand it. Already had two more talented RB’s on the roster, and likely could’ve waited at least two more rounds to select Walton. The offseason so far has been a bit of a train wreck. Whiffing on 5-6 DC’s. Hiring arguably the worst possible pick as O line coach from an optics standpoint. Things have to get better, because they can’t get much worse. I assume the Mike Brown effect has something to do with the lack of DC interest.
Through 2023

Mike Brown’s Owner/GM record: 32 years  223-303-4  .419 winning pct.
Playoff Record:  5-9, .357 winning pct.
Zac Taylor coaching record, reg. season:  37-44-1. .455 winning pct.
Playoff Record: 5-2, .714 winning pct.

Walton has the size of Gio but the speed of Jeremy Hill. Wasted pick, and likely on the cut list, and easily replaceable.

nah simply a cultural thing.   list everyone listed in NFL domestic abuse in the last 3 years and let's see if we can find a common link.  an environment where violence is normal, no father in the household, and obviously their all young athletic dudes on supplements and roids.

When will people learn to not jump to guilty verdict? He may be guilty, but because in your eyes he is a crappy player makes no sense to attack him. There will be plenty of time to attack him if and when he is convicted of something.

Not long ago a video appeared to show a high school kid wearing a red MAGA hate staring down a native Indian. In the end, the kid was 100% innocent, he was the only adult on that scene in my opinion as the native was beating his drum in the kids face, walked over and invaded the kids space. Those who over stepped ruined a 15 year boy's life. When will we learn?

We need to slow down being cop, judge and jury.

I am so ready for 2024 season. I love pro football and hoping for a great Bengals year. Regardless, always remember it is a game and entertainment.

Be nice to get a little more clarity on the story before we condemn him. Often times it seems our view on the incident will vary based on how well we like the player.

I remember when Pacman slapped that girl outside the bar. There were a few "well she started it".
