Congratulations on the new house! I can remember buying my first house. It was exciting and stressful all at once but looking back, it was the best decision I ever made. Now that I got married, we added on to my little house and turned it from a bachelor pad (2 bedroom 1 bath, 700 square foot)to a very nice home (3 bedroom, 2 full bath, 1400 sq ft) to raise a family in. Now it’s the upkeep on it. Finishing up smaller projects that have gotten pushed to the rear of priorities. Like someone said above, it’s never done. It’s a living breathing thing that keeps you busy.

Deceitful, two-faced she-woman. Never trust a female, Delmar, remember that one simple precept and your time with me will not have been ill spent.
