Braves have bases loaded with nobody out though.

CBS profile for Jonah Williams:

Offensive Tackle
Jonah Williams, Alabama
NFL comparison: David Bakhtiari

Bakhtiari has become the NFL's best pass-blocking left tackle, and he's reliable in the run game despite not having desired measurables or athleticism. Williams is the same type of unique prospect. Smaller and not supremely athletic relative to others at the position, he's exquisite with technique and boasts highlight-reel nastiness in the run game.

In all, Williams taps into every bit of his talent with ultra-efficient movements both with his footwork and hands. I do remember Bakhtiari repeatedly stymieing inside moves, and that's the one area that -- on rare occasions -- gave Williams problems in 2018.
The training, nutrition, medicine, fitness, playbooks and rules evolve. The athlete does not.

I'm not happy, but I'm not upset either. Williams is the definition of meh to me.

Williams slotted in already.

How much guaranteed money did Hart get? Absolutely brain dead move to re-sign Bobby Hart, even more so when you subsequently invest a first rounder on a tackle. Money that could’ve went to signing a better guard or better LB.
Through 2023

Mike Brown’s Owner/GM record: 32 years  223-303-4  .419 winning pct.
Playoff Record:  5-9, .357 winning pct.
Zac Taylor coaching record, reg. season:  37-44-1. .455 winning pct.
Playoff Record: 5-2, .714 winning pct.

Me too. I’m a Buckeye alumnus and a fan of Dwayne Haskins — but not as a pro.

David Hernandez struck out the side. Then the delay began.

Lap said to run to the podium if Williams was there. He liked him better than Dillard. Thanks Raiders and Giants!

I like Mack Wilson and Pratt. Give me one of them and I’ll be happy

Relatively little. They can get out for cheap and there is nothing stopping them from calling Zac Brown tonight and signing him.

Odds that he is a backup this year and Glenn/Hart start?

So you do not think they should have had a plan in place in case the draft did not play their way? It is very good to have experience on your bench and you could do worse than having Hart as a backup. They just made a huge upgrade to the O line and that is a very good thing. You would think you would be happy about that.

5.5 guaranteed. I think the big numbers got overblown.

The high $$$ on Hart was a function of the extremely shallow Free Agent pool this year - everyone was getting crazy money.

Hart will ride the pine and Williams is RT.
