There were 2 LBs of note and they were both first rounders. Oh, we're complaining about the first round? I thought everyone was pretty happy with how that went. It's just a weak draft for LBs.

Mack Wilson is sitting right there. Let's see what we do.

The only think that stopped "Drew Simple will go in the 2nd!" from being the statement of a madman was Zach Taylor's zeal for reaching for TEs! Checkmate

Look out for Ryan Finley, NCSU QB.

It’s Pratt. Glad we finally got a LB.

If they get a guy in the 3rd that most might have expected in the 2nd, and would have taken the TE in the 3rd, then it's six of one, half dozen of the other. But that's still too high to take a blocking TE that even Bengals coaches say should be an "adequate" pass catcher when they have needs elsewhere. Not having that blocking TE that you wanted is no big deal. His blocking is not going to make the team so much better that they're going to get that elusive PO win. If you're going to reach, reach at other positions like LB, DB or WR where those players have a chance to make more of an impact on winning a game. My fingers are crossed for Mack Wilson. He fell because of run defense concerns, but pass defense he was rated best in the draft by several scouting sources.

Just give me defense
Gardner-Johnson Wilson Pratt all still there and don’t think they’d be a reach at this point
