I think Tranquil would be a solid starter as a lb, nothing spectacular, but good player to hold that spot down for years. Jordan could be a good backup who turns into a decent starter next year and could play multiplele spots along the line.

Same here. I did not really want him, but I wanted to root for him in the NFL.
Felt the same when they took UT QB Josh Dobbs a couple of years ago.

There is no doubt that I think Chase Hanson is on their radar, just not this round. He will be either 5th or 6th round pick.

Wren DT
Who is he and why?
I am so ready for 2024 season. I love pro football and hoping for a great Bengals year. Regardless, always remember it is a game and entertainment.

"Wren has an excellent blend of size, length and top-end speed for a defensive tackle. He's versatile enough to line up on the inside in a four-man front and defensive end in a three-man front. He's a stout run defender with the size and strength to clog up the middle when he stays low. His pads rise and he gets washed out at times. He has some upside, but he doesn't win with his hands and frequently stalls out rushing the passer."

Best DT left according to NFL.Com. Needs to be in a rotation and can flash

One thing I take out of this draft is that the coaching staff seems OK with the WR group that they have. May still be some hope for John Ross and Josh Malone?

This is a physically talented but underachiever at the DT position according to some sites. He ran 5.0 40 has length and is a big man. Interesting pick.

A run stuffing DT is always good to have. Good pick! Welcome to Cincinnati Renell Wren!
