I'll take solid. Spectacular drafts don't always pan out in the long run

I liked Pollard as a do everything type. He didn't really have a fir here, but I bet he'll be fun to see coaches use in the pros.

It wasn't a great WR group at the top but there are plenty of receivers in this one. Plenty of RBs too.

This is a good draft. Not splashy but then splash wasn’t the problem - Offensive Line and LB were. I want to see some more LB love but on offense ZT is bringing in all the pieces to be able to control the LOS. Works for me.

I feel like we've gone safe, but that isn't much of a criticism for me. The roster has been in turbulence over the past few years with missing on a lot of picks. Stability is important and having guys who will be roster mainstays, as well as guys who will be starters like Williams, Pratt, etc.

Bengals must have faith in one of the CBs they drafted last year. I thought we would have taken one by now. 5 CBs have gone in this round so the pickings are getting thinner

Patriots just took their next guy that they'll spin for a first round pick in two to three years. Pats having a really good draft.

Call him nothing. All we need is another Nick Vigil type thread comparing him greater than Chuck Norris.

I want RB Ellijah Holyfield, but cause I want Evander to be a Bengal fan. Dude made me some money in the mid-90s

I am surprised Tyree Jackson and Stidham are available. I like Jackson and we normally only keep 2 QB's, but do we double down and take another QB like Skins did years ago with Cousins and someone else?
They hope is one develops into a franchise QB post AD in 2 years
Edit: Stidham to Pats and gone
I am so ready for 2024 season. I love pro football and hoping for a great Bengals year. Regardless, always remember it is a game and entertainment.

Seems like we ALWAYS take a WR or two in the 6th and 7th rounds.

Now that's a typical Patriots pick right there.

Safe is actually just what the Doctor ordered for this team. If ZT succeeds in fixing the OL and getting us to where we can control the line of scrimmage it will be a fun team to watch.

I spoke to Evander Holyfield in the Newark airport in 2000.
He did not speak back. Must not have known who I was.

Yep, just saw it.

Maybe you were speaking into his 1/2 ear and he couldn't hear you

I think they'll target RB in the 5th round and WR, OL, CB, EDGE in the 6th
Do we trade 2 more 6ths to move up into the 5th?
