Yep the phone calls start within seconds of the close to the end of the 7th round if not earlier. In many cases it was already arranged if the player goes undrafted. That's why we see so many UDFs sign so fast. It's basically 7th round overtime with no limit on picks.

Morgan was a good WR at Nebraska. Saw some tweets where quite a few fans of other teams wanted him. Sounds like a good UDFA signing.

Had the same test grade as Parris Campbell. 

I really hope it's true the Bengals signed him. I haven't seen anything yet.
