The one that helped contribute to a complete rejuvenation of the Cincinnati downtown area since then? Twenty years ago downtown Cincinnati was modern day Dayton, nowadays it's a place you'd want to actually spend some time.  Tongue

I'm not sure we have an appropriate practice field in Cincinnati. Didn't AJ hurt himself in TC a couple years back because he ran into a pile of rocks that was on the side of the field?

Don't make fun of my home town's downtown. They have a big bus stop and the jail down there.. and..uhh...errmmm....and...uhhh... Yeah! So there!

I remember that. We all thought he was dead because Andy threw him towards the sideline rocks often lol.

I think Green has 4 years left in him. His injury history is getting concerning, so we'll see. I can't see him playing anywhere else.

I sincerely hope he and Andy find some way to come out on top. They have been a fun duo to watch and I hope they at least get the elusive playoff victory together. Like you said tho, it looks like Green only has about one contract left in him... maybe even less  Cry

Maybe. I definitely prefer San Antonio to Cincinnati.

Really? Because I've never heard, "You're from Ohio? Oh, I've always wanted to visit Cincinnati."

As opposed to what "oh, I've always wanted to visit Cleveland" or "oh, I've always wanted to visit Columbus"? It's Ohio, it's not exactly the tourism capital of the United States to begin with lol.

But hey, here's Money Magazine citing Cincinnati as the 8th best place in the US to visit in 2019: http://money.com/money/longform/best-places-to-travel-2019/

...and here's the New York Times calling Cincinnati the 8th best place in the world to visit in 2018: https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2018/travel/places-to-visit.html

Also Travel & Leisure recognizing it in their top 50 places in the world in 2017: https://www.travelandleisure.com/trip-ideas/best-places-to-travel-in-2017

Wow that travel and leisure article is a joke. It has Cincy rated above places like Hawaii and Morocco lol.

As for Cleveland I'd say it attracts a decent amount of tourism because of the boating and fishing on Lake Erie.

I remember as a kid going down to Crosley field..what an experience and there was that dreamy aroma of soap in the air everywhere..I can still taste it..  Sick
Actually I've always thought Cincinnati was kind of a cool place to visit. Living there on the other hand was never one of my favorite ideas. Reading a roadmap of the city used to be a fun experience trying to figure out how to get where..  Rant

Lots of people visit Cincinnati.  Stop talking out your ass.  As if you could.

Feast your eyes on this--

Kinda screams that your perceptions about Cincinnati are pretty much horseshit.

Rock and Roll HOF too. Stadiums are nice. I've been there a couple times and it was decent.

Really, I've never been to a bad city with a newer stadium.

Baltimore was really nice in the inner harbor. Just watch out for the bad areas of town and stay away.

Pittsburgh is really nice on the North Shore.

Seattle has a lot of nice things like the Space Needle near their stadium.

That practice yesterday in Dayton was fun. A guy in my building said only four of the Bengals starters were there, but I think just about everybody was. It was a nice day and not too hot and fun to see the Bengals in shorts and t-shirts practically.
