She's 20 pound lighter than the smallest kicker in the NFL
She's never kicked before in an High School or College game before to my knowledge
Her timing on field Goals will have to be better
She would have to be the backup Punter and KOS so therefore she would have to be able to Tackle somewhat.

For the record, I don't think it'll ever happen, but I'm fairly confident she could be a fine kicker, as form is more important than muscle or size. Tackling would certainly not be a strength, but the kicker's expectation is really to slow the runner down rather than to bring them down anyways. LOL

....yeah, not gonna happen but it would be cool to see something like a skills competition or something.

The biggest thing would be getting the timing right on the field goals. She can't take 8 steps to make a kick or it would be blocked each time.
