I've seen Fans all fired up over players up from minors, and then one slump and the fans turn on them. Many on here loving him now will be the first to yell trade him in future.

The Fans boo every player including Bench, Morgan, it's just a matter of time, another old hit song.

That said, what Aquino is doing with bat, glove, RF arm is very good. Fans should be enjoying this.

If and when he goes into slump, don't rush to trade him for the next young stud up from minors. He has a rocket for an arm, all players have slumps, and even .300 means you make an out 70% of the time.

Like McC said a week or so ago, you keep waiting for the guy to sorta hit a wall and he just keeps on plugging away. And it's not just HR's he's batting .313 and has 34 RBI's with 2 stolen bases. He's a pretty good right fielder and has a decent arm.

Sure he's gonna level out a bit, but I'm fully convinced he's gonna be a star.
