Because I am seeing why if so. And unless he gets stronger somehow, probably won't be much more than a game manager type, aka Dalton Lite 2.0 caliber.

I watched Finley play for a couple years because he played in the ACC and he was ALWAYS a very good, accurate passer, and put up really good numbers  I was shocked he went as low in the draft as he did.  I figured him as a second rounder
