I'm 50. That's a huge number. 50 is when you have someone hold a fire extinguisher when lighting candles on your cake.

It won’t be my first. I had one at 44 because I was having gastrointestinal issues. The colonoscopy wasn’t bad but the prep was awful.

It was awesome. After all the complications following heart surgery and being revived twice in the ICU when my heart completely stopped last summer the best birthday present was having another birthday.

Holey moley. I'm almost 54 and i haven't changed my diet one iota. I still eat anything i want.
