Doubt it. Bengals have a sweetheart stadium deal. Pretty sure it is with the Bengals and not Mike Brown, so whomever bought it would have the same sweetheart deal. No billionaire is leaving that in order to pay all the other owners a relocation fee, and then pay for their own stadium elsewhere.
