Getting better communications skills from Lou is as effective as getting better speakers to listen to Nickleback.

When the tutor starts asking the disciples for their feedback on how to improve the team, if that's what the conversations were about then:

1. Tutor has no long term plan.
2. Tutor has lost sense of direction/making changes to correct failures.
3. Tutor has no sense of surrounding (team morale).
4. Tutor has given up (out of ideas).
and
5. Tutor is asking disciples for help/advise (Tutor becoming the disciple).

Sack the Zac. His lack of experience has made him ineffective. Who Dey

Wait, I thought she lied and made it all up with her janitor sources?!  Shocked
