body: "can we just hire a 15 year old kid who plays madden all week to call in the correct TO calls into Tomlin's headset?"

subject: "reason we lost.."
body: "cause we suck. But we will get better lol"

body: "AB has checked out. When he is not the primary target he is jogging."
reply: "Don't write anything negative on the board or someone will try to get you banned."

Wow. Thanks for that. The best is them crying about the officiating and how they're sure there was a conspiracy to get the Bengals the win.

I'm going to have to carve out some time later this evening to read the boards over there.
I'm sure it's great entertainment.

Looking at their boards reminds me of the old board when things were bad. They even have "Lack of Home Field Advantage" thread. LOL

Bungled away? But we won, so there's that.  I like how they completely omitted Dalton's TD pass at the end to take the lead.  Dalton didn't have his best game, but he's able to put it in the back of his mind and move on.

If anyone "bungled" this game, it was Pig Ben

I like the fact that they are right. They should have won the game and threw it away. It feels nice that for once it was the Steelers that bungled the game.

Oh, I disagree and think that the Bengals should have won that game. They were the ones getting stronger as the game wore on. The first half seemed to have everything go right for Pitt and nothing for Cincy.

Look at the team stats: http://espn.go.com/nfl/matchup?gameId=400791649

Pretty even with the exception of the +1 turn over (which was HUGE). I think the Bengals also squandered more quality possessions and drives, too. The INT in the redzone and the blocked field goal took what should have been 10 points off the board.

- If that game were played in Cincinnati I think the Bengals win 30-10, frankly.

You haven't seen funny till you read their game day thread. PRICELESS. Dickheads talking about cheap shots on Bengals players constantly. Screaming about a great hit by Mitchell on Jones and then a couple post later, cussing him out for a penalty.

Absolutely.freaking.grand.

Some of the dumbest football "fans" i have ever seen.

EDIT: game day thread on steelerfury.com

Well either way, it was a game we usually lose and the fact we didn't has driven Steelers fans mad...which is awesome.

I wouldn't say we got stronger, we just stopped shooting ourselves in the foot.

We drove into their end of the field MULTIPLE times, only to have an INT, penalties, and bad snaps push us back.  It would have been ugly early if we played an A game on offense.

The Bengals, in this game, made one less mistake than the Steelers...that's why they won the game.

As for the game itself, the Bengals on Offense played a bad game. All of the great teams play a bad game here and there and usually, when they do play a bad game, they lose but not this great team. When they have a bad game, they find a way to overcome and adapt to pull out the win.

Did you see Green after he scored that Touchdown? It's like he knew that was the game winner and that the Defense would hold, which they did but it was close. Just think if Roethlisberger didn't let that last ball sail on him. It looked to me when it left his hand that he let go just a little too high in the throwing motion and I wasn't worried. Even if it was a good throw, I think it would have been intercepted or knocked down.

Has anyone pointed out to thesteelersfans that their header image is Three Rivers in baseball mode and not football?  Can they not tell the difference?

We won, they lost, end of story. No amount of whining and crying and moaning and bitching about it is going to undo the fact that they're 0-2 in the division and 4-4 overall against 7-0 for us.
Did I mention that they're 0-1 against the lowly ratbirds even?
