Is it hard to see from the tape they saw though? They saw Chase taking multiple plays off, not really try to block when he needed to. They watched Smith run fast and smooth routes and block better. Both made highlight catches in there games but you got more out of Smith than Chase from the tape.

I’m not blasting either player, but I feel like you get more from Pitts if you want a pass catcher.

Agreed.  Picks are at a premium this season more than any other and if they do any moves, I would imagine it would be backwards to acquire more picks, not the other way around.
