I know PFF isn't gospel, but here was OT ranking for Trent Williams and Riley Reiff.
Williams - 1st OT (91.9 grade)
Reiff - 38th OT (71.4 grade)
So the reason for the discrepancy is due to the level of their performance compared to the other OTs in the league.
