Are the Bengals better today than before free agency

I would finally say yes, but not only because of Reiff.

The defensive moves were lateral moves. Although I do have some confidence that Waynes, Hilton, Aibzi and Apple will be more durable than last year.

The offense should be much, much better if Reiff plays the way he normally does.
