So 1 of those INTs against the Steelers was Andy's fault and one wasn't right?

They were both bad throws, though you'll have some that will say otherwise. The deep ball to Green was almost u catchable and double covered. You can't underthrow balls when throwing into double coverage. I don't see how the end zone INT was really even more of a bad decision than this one.
