Assuming Hopkins is healthy for Week 1 (I have my doubts) I don't think Cole is an improvement at all.
Also when you said OC, I thought we were talking about Offensive Coordinator, in which case just about anyone would be an improvement over Zac Taylor calling the plays. Lol
