I believe you're correct. If I remember Hue had the Raiders in the hunt somewhere around 8 wins when that trade was made. He did all that with Jason ******' Campbell under center. A first time HC with a backup caliber QB had his team in the hunt (Zac Taylor is a bum). The Raiders season fell apart upon Carson's arrival, and Hue was canned. I always got the impression that Hue was pushing hard for that trade, and they definitely didn't get the player that Hue remembered from 2005. It cost him his job.
