The Browns have a ton of talent but Baker just isn't completely doing it for me yet. 

At this point, he may be the 3rd best QB in the division, but he seems to have bought in to their coach's system and is not taking poor chances.  He really came on down the stretch.  I hope our coaching staff can do what Cleveland's has done in a very short time frame.
