Murdock, lets be honest.  Until the organization breaks down and develops a true front office, multiple scouts for area's in the US, analytics specialist, ect this organization is just looked at differently whether we like it or not. 

That perception changes when they're winning but when they're losing its really easy to poke fun at the organization because they look cheap, inexperienced, limited, amongst many other things when compared to other teams in the NFL.  

Maybe Katie and Troy will change that once Mike's in the ground, but I'm not going to count on it because Mike learned to run the team from Paul and I'm sure Katie is learning to run the team from Mike, cheap and limited.
