That perception changes when they're winning but when they're losing its really easy to poke fun at the organization because they look cheap, inexperienced, limited, amongst many other things when compared to other teams in the NFL.  

Maybe Katie and Troy will change that once Mike's in the ground, but I'm not going to count on it because Mike learned to run the team from Paul and I'm sure Katie is learning to run the team from Mike, cheap and limited. 

Katie could be 60+ years old when her ol man dies.  Do people usually turn their philosophies on a dime at that age?
