When will Zac be fired?

He will make it to 22.

Not necessarily because I think he should, but because I do think we win 7 to 9 games this year with a revitalized offense and an improved defense. Even last year we were really close in 5 games on top of the 4 we won (Chargers, Eagles, Browns, Colts, Giants), so 7 wins is very realistic.

With that level of improvement, I think Zac stays through the end of his contract. If he makes the playoffs by the end of 22, I think he walks into a new contract.
