Backup players should know how to shed blocks and tackle correctly; I see a fundamentals problem, not an injury issue.
Since the difference between starters and back ups is "negligible" I guess this is why NFL teams don't pay their starters much more money at all than their backups.
I mean, why pay more for starters when back ups are just as good, right?
