No he doesn't. Hibbard had 14.5 sacks in just 1350 snaps played in '18 and '19. That is a very good ratio, especially for a guy who was not just playing passing downs.

That is a funny claim because only two players from the entire 2018 draft have more sacks than Hubbard and neither of them was taken in rounds 3-6.
You just need to educate yourself more on Hubbards entire career and what other comparable players are getting paid.
