Didn't we already kind of know this, though? He went from being QB Coach 1 year to being a HC AND offensive play caller. The last time he was hired to even be just an OC was for 1 year in college and his offense ranked 123/128. He had to be an ASSISTANT WR Coach to get back in the NFL.
Now he's 6-25-1.
