Defensively I see three guys which actually surprises me Bates at FS, Reader NT, and Hilton at Nickel. The problem I don't see a Cover Guy, a pass rusher, or LB that will be a top player at their position.

Williams is currently only rated higher then 6 other LT's, so getting to top 10 status would be one hell of a jump.
