Could lack of chemistry be an issue for the defense ?

so i'll go back to the beginning.  Pollack is a hell of an upgrade over Turner, who anyone on this board could see when he was hired was a liability to this team.  

I hope this team has the best chemistry ever, but I don't see this team gelling until mid season at best.  OL everyone talks about the Browns and how quickly they improved.  They brought in the best OL coach in the league and signed multiple OL, who would be the best OL on our team, to start there.  What'd we do? Signed a guy for 7.5M.  Woohoo celebrate.....

Anyway, if we can make it through the beginning part of our schedule at least .500 then I'd expect a better 2nd half as long as they're healthy.
