Not a knock on Burrow, just an acceptance that it's hard to change something that integral to your mindset/game. Luck was never able to do it and it cost him his career. Combine that with an iffy OL and HC/OC, and a ton of pass attempts.. not sure there's going to be a big drop in sacks.
Luck was bigger, stronger and thought he could handle the hits. Burrow already showed signs of improving that later in the year before the injury.
