It's the outlying areas that are affected, ie places like Louisville, where people who want to go to a game decide between 2 relatively close stadiums. Cincy and Indy are relatively the same difference give or take 20 minutes, then there is also Nashville which is roughly double at 3 hours. Then somewhere North of Cincinnati people that want to go to an NFL game are making the same choice about Cleveland and Pittsburgh.
