Mixon is alright, but not on Gio's level. Evans could be used on 3rd downs as he is a good pass blocker. 

Thing is, I don't know if he is any better than Mixon who was also good at picking up the blitz in college.

The 2 things Mixon needs to show is the ability to pick up the blitz consistently and be able to finish long runs in the endzone.

If he can show these things he becomes elite but it will have to be with the help of a good run blocking OL.

Mixon needs to be used more in the passing game to get all those all-purpose yards. It is on Taylor and Burrow there.
