Interesting...I guess it's about just getting Burrow out there on the field, but you'd think they'd rather have him in during the most like an NFL game of the pre-season than put him and the line out there with 3rd string players.  This, along with ruling him out for Friday on a Monday may add to the suspicions that Burrow isn't as close to 100% as we'd have hoped.

I 'spose I mostly attribute our hesitance and disappointment to the off-season notion that Burrow would be leaps and bounds ahead of schedule in regards to the mental and physical rigors of returning from an injury.  As per usual with the Bengals it's hard to tell who is making the call on these things...is Mike Brown being extra cautious, is ZT worried about Burrow's confidence, is Burrow getting resentful about being placed in bubble wrap like he's some sort of weakling?  Maybe I'm just overthinking things.
