Jackson Carman At Bottom Of Depth Chart
It's worth noting that neither Sample nor Higgins started Game 1 of their rookie year, both of which were 2nd round picks under Taylor. Higgins was 33rd pick, so much higher than either Sample or Carman.

The WRs ahead of Higgins through the preseason and into Game 1 were Green, Boyd, and Ross.
Eifert and Uzomah were ahead of Sample in 2019, and then Uzomah was ahead of Sample last year before going down.

My point is that we shouldn't necessarily expect that Carman has to start Week 1 as a rookie.
As long as he can work his way into the starting lineup sometime this year, that's considered good.
Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. Ended 9-8 but barely missed playoffs

Changes needed to do better in Sept/Oct moving forward.

Sorry for Party Rocking!
