So a guy that has played one season since his senior year in high school three autumns ago is having trouble connecting while running routes that are drawn up by Cincinnati coaches.
Jeez.
If only someone could have seen this being an issue before the draft. Well, someone other than me.
Pretty soon someone will claim that Tee Higgins started slow then took off . . . yeah. He took off so much that even with him and Boyd on the team, they still needed to burn a #1 pick for another WR while letting one of the best O-line drafts slip through their fingers.
Too many people bought into the hype so we spent a top pick on another Rocket Ismail. But, hey . . . maybe he can learn with on the job training against NFL competition.
