Anyway, Rashawn Slater sat out and he looks fantastic. But then again he was always projected to be more NFL ready than Sewell and some of the other top guys.
Plus, Sewell and Chase are a couple of the youngest players in this draft. They are 20 and 21 respectively.
living in in Los Angeles, I see alot of Charger news and I have heard more then once that the "other teams" that passed on Herbert are kicking themselves right now and I have to agree with that....Herbert is a stud QB, no weaknesses that I can see and a great attitude to boot....then they go ahead and draft Slater who they are are saying is already very good. Some teams just seem to evaluate talent better and have more luck on thier side. Watch out for the Bolts with Herbert throwing laser guided bombs to Keenan Allen and Mike Williams. Im still waiting to see Joe B hit one of those.
