Why am I so damn optimistic?

I have my fears and insecurities about ZT and his
Ability to lead this team to better pastures.
The talent is there to go to.the playoffs
But can ZT actually outcoach the other guy for
60 mins....?
Not 56...not 57...but for 60.?
He cant even secure half time leads.
That tells me he cant adjust to adjustments
This team go as far as the coaching takes themt
