Rules should be clear enough - pick a team each week, pick a winner* and you move on, else you're eliminated. You can pick each team only once during the season. The pick has to be announced** until the game in question starts and is locked in when said game has started. Also, please no editing, change a pick with a new post.
The winner, of course, gets the hand of our virgin princess.
*a tie is not a win
