Brad some friendly advice if I may. This is a mostly football related message board and probably not the best place to seek legal advice. If you are serious about your question my advice would be to talk to a real world lawyer and see what they have to say. I don't mean to be rude, but this forum isn't really the place to ask for advice on legal matters. Heck, you would probably be better off asking on a reddit legal advice forum than here.

Not that the above ensures you will get actual accurate legal advice from a professional on those reddits. In fact every post should be suspect. But at least it is a discussion group based on legal issues as opposed to this message board that is mostly football based. Even then talk to a real world lawyer if you are serious. The Internet is the worst possible place to get legal advice. Just like the Internet is the worst possible place to get medical advice. If you felt sick would you post here first asking what to do or talk to a doctor?
