I changed 3 picks at 12:27PM Sunday (Note the edit time next to post header)

GB to CAR
TB to NYG
MIA to BUF

All 3 were changed before any of them kicked off.

In reference to your question about 4:05/4:25 games.

I would be safe and change them before 1:00.

For example, I'd say changed 4:05 TB pick to NYG at 12:27PM.
